21 Day Challenge: Morning Routine

The 21 Day Project is all about making small changes, taking daily action and ultimately making big moves toward your best life. This month we are taking the 21 Day Project to a new challenge: 21 Days of Morning Pages. 

Morning Pages are this: three longhand pages of stream of consciousness writing, done first thing in the morning. And the good news is: there is no wrong way to do them.

They are great for sparking creativity, getting out your giving your brain chatter, and/or processing emotions. I find that it looks a little different every day.

The 21 Day Project is a great way to try them on for size, together. And I designed this months challenge to do just that! It's not that you can't do them on your own, it's just that everything is better together especially in times like these.
